Returns

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved returns will be refunded using your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If the product was paid for by Cash on Delivery, we will issue your refund via bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, or store credit—your choice.

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
