Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within Egypt.

Flat Shipping Rate: EGP 150 for all orders.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Port Said: 1–2 business days
- Other Governorates in Egypt: 3–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather, courier issues, or holidays.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable local couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery of your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure to provide accurate shipping details. Dr. M Store is not responsible for delays or undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

7. International Shipping

At the moment, we only ship within Egypt. International shipping may be added in the future.
